It is possible that your supplier use chemical liquid to brush on the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) surface. They want to get rid of Yellow Dot (Fe) on the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) . After using chemical liquid, the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) tile will be very white and (http://maplered.com) cleaning, but after installing, the problem will be shown. It is your picture's showing. I would like to suggest you use Granite (http://tanbrown.org) cleaning liquid at first, and (http://maplered.com) then using Granite (http://tanbrown.org) protecting liquid after cleaning.
